HOT PINK DELIGHT

As many of us know, A-line skirts have been beyond popular!  Many people are wearing them... and I don't know what I was thinking about not trying on this trend until now!  I'll most likely write up another entry regarding my love for A-line skirts, but for now... all I have to say is that I'm absolutely in love with the trend, and I'm practically hooked! LOL =)  

I had so much fun with today's outfit.  To me, Summer is all about simplicity!  It's the season where we honestly don't need to layer a lot of pieces on, and just let the simplicity of our basics shine! =)  Along with my black A-line skirt, I wore a shoulder cut-out blue and grey top that is crazily comfortable! 

As for accessorize, I wore a cute silver heart pendant necklace from Pac Sun, and finished off my look with my new  pair of striking hot pink heels from Chromatic Gallerie! =) 

Omgoodness... aren't the pink flowers beautiful?? (FYI: They match my shoes!)

My all-time favorites for the Summer have always been short shorts, short skirts, or short dresses!  Summer's coming to an end in about a week, which is crazy, but I'm so excited to transition my favorites pieces for the cooler seasons!  =)  I hope you guys are having a wonderful weekend, and I will talk to you guys real soon! =)

Summer 2013 Fashion Trend Inspiration Board: MAXI DRESSES

Summer Summer Summer!  

As I have mentioned in my previous post, Summer is one of my favorite seasons! =)  And it just so happens that one of Summer 2013's most popular clothing trends is also one that I adore!!!  Can you guess which one I'm referring to?

MAXI DRESSES!  

Lol... I've never been a huge fan of Maxi Dresses until this year.  For some reason, I've always had the impression that Maxi Dresses were too formal to be worn on a regular day, but I totally take that back!  It all depends on how you style the rest of your appearance with your dress that determines how formal or casual your outfit will appear!  And when I say the rest of your appearance, it includes makeup, accessories, jewelry, and hair!!

The reason why I love Maxi Dresses...is because they're so easy!  What do I mean by easy?  Instead of taking the time to think about what pieces to include into your outfit, all you'd have to do is slip on a Maxi Dress, and wallah!! you are ready to go (unless you want to take some time to match your dress with jewelry =)) ! lol  I think I've mentioned a billion times already...but I'm the type of gal who loves comfort!  I can't stand wearing things that are too tight and will have me feeling uncomfortable the entire day; therefore, Maxi Dresses are one of the greatest fashion inventions to me! =)  Besides them being easy to wear and match, they also look quite stunning on! =)

Yep, this is it to my Maxi Dress collage!  I'm absolutely in love with Maxi Dresses, and I can see myself wearing them for the rest of the Summer!  Do you guys have any Fashion Trends that you are absolutely in love with? haha if so, I'd love to know what they are! =)

LookBook OOTD: THE RED REALITY

THE RED REALITY

Do you own a pair of red pants?  I've always had a love for colored pants, but I guess it's a trend that I never "dared" to try!  I'm all about versatility, and something about colored pants made me feel a little intimidated with the amount outfits I'd be able to match them with.  For some odd reason, I bought my first pair of red pants around 3 months ago.  I don't think I've ever....like EVER...thought I'd have the courage to pull off red pants.  I'm not talking about maroon or burgundy...I'm talking about Rainbow Red!  LOL  Anyway, so far, I'm pretty much in love with my red skinnies!  They're actually one of my favorite pair of pants!  They're super comfortable, and whenever I see them, I'd start feeling pretty excited to mix and match them with a new outfit!  

Anyway, here's one of my favorite outfits with my new RED PANTS!

I had so much fun during this photoshoot, as well as editing the pictures!  I love how dramatic, yet classy my outfit looks! =)  Though it was super hot that day, I felt extremely content and happy posing with my outfit, because it's a look that I don't usually go for!  

BTW: The 2 pictures above were probably two of my favorites!  

And lastly, here's a cheerful picture of me!  =)  I feel like it's been a while since I've uploaded a picture of myself actually smiling....so here it is!  Anyway, I've been really loving my red pants, and dramatic pants in general!  I can't wait to wear them more during the Summer, cause eventually the color will be too bright from Fall and Winter!

lol Anyway, omg it's so close to Christmas!!!  I'm actually listening to Christmas music right now.  I went onto youtube.com, and found a Christmas Playlist! =)  If you guys are up for some awesome Christmas music, then check this video out!!!! 

Anyway, I've been literally at home the entire day today!  I've been catching up on some rest...not that I need extra rest but yeah!  Besides that I've actually been cleaning my room, and wrapping Christmas presents! =)  It's been hours right now, and I'm a little embarrassed to say...but I'm still not done with cleaning.  I don't know why I have such a hard time cleaning my room!  I get distracted so easily!  Like I'll be 10 minutes into cleaning, and out of no where I'd be wrapping presents....and afterwards I'd get back to cleaning, and without realizing..I'd find myself on the computer watching youtube! "OMGoodness Wing...You gotta focus on cleaning your room!"  haha though I'm really slow with cleaning my room, I do see a gradual difference as I look around my room from time to time!  

Anyway...just realized that I have started 3 of my paragraphs with "anyway"...I guess that's the perfect word for someone like me, who is random, and always moves from one subject to another lol.  Enough of that, what I meant to say is...I realize that it's been a while since I've posted a My Outfit of the Day post!  So....here it is! =)

A Hundred Years

I felt pretty 40s that day with my red lips and super curled hair! lol.

Incase anyone was wondering, I'm actually wearing Revlon's 210 Cherry Desirable on my lips!  It's my favorite lipstick and lip color lately, and yeah =) haha just wanted to share with you guys!  I'm actually planning on writing a post that introduces you guys to 4 of Revlon's lipsticks that I recently bought! =)  

I realize that a lot of fashion bloggers explain their outfits, and how they matched each clothing piece with one another and all that stuff...but to be really honest...I wasn't trying to go for a certain look.  Unlike some people who plan their outfits, and try to look very boho chic, or Parisian styled, or Flapper inspired...I just go with whatever mood I'm feeling that day LOL...so yeah.. incase you guys are wondering where I get my fashion sense from...it's usually from my mood!

Rompers, Rompers, Rompers

I guess rompers can be considered one of my current obsessions, as well as my seasonal must-have.  Lately I've been realizing how much I adore rompers.  I love them not only cause they are cute, but cause they look great on their own, and are a great go-to piece on my lazy days haha =)  Seriously!  Like..on a lazy day...I might be too lazy to put an outfit together... and something that I'd go to are rompers.  I mean it makes sense right?  Rompers are basically a top and bottom connected together...so it just makes up an entire outfit!  So in the summer, I can just wear a romper out, and feel confident that I look put together!  And on colder seasons, I can simply wear a blazer, or even top the romper over with a sweater to complete my look!  haha See... Rompers are so convenient!  The only thing I dislike about rompers, is how inconvenient they are..when it comes to using the restroom...I don't need to go into details cause I know you guys know what I mean! =)  lol

Chambray Button-Ups....

You know how sometimes there are specific wardrobe pieces that are appropriate for every season?  And because of that, it becomes your seasonal must-have?  Well...for me, my seasonal must-have is my Chambray Button-Up!!  =)  haha I absolutely adore it.  No matter if it's worn with a casual pair of shorts during the summer, or worn with skinny jeans and a pair of boots during the fall, it just looks equally as nice, and equally has season appropriate!  =)  Here is my inspirational board of how to where Chambray Shirts/Button-Ups.

PREVIEW OF TOMORROW'S OUTFIT OF THE DAY

It has been a little less than half a year since I bought my own Chambray Button Up.  In the beginning, I actually aimed on buying a denim button-up, but it just so happened that fate introduced me to my "acid" washed chambray button-up! =) LOL  It was literally love at first site!!  Since I've purchased my button-up, I've been wearing it ALL THE TIME!  haha I'm not even kidding when I say that.  I've already worn it in 2 of my OUTFIT OF THE DAYS already, and I guess today can be considered my 3rd time posting an outfit of me wearing it! =)
